Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and organise a replacement. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given.
Please contact us at hello@saltofaustralia.com.au including photos of any damaged or incorrect items so that we can start the replacement process, you will not be required to send back the faulty item.

Change of Mind
Each shirt you order is printed just for you, unfortunately this means we cannot accept returns for change of mind or when the incorrect size has been ordered. To ensure you order the correct size please refer to the sizing suggestions on each product page.
Once orders have been placed, they cannot usually be cancelled or changed. Please make your order selection carefully and read and understand when to expect your order on our Shipping Info page.
